Need of a global UNIQUE ONLINE IDENTIFICATION of a human - An indigenous embryonic IDEA !!



Just like we have a PAN or Aadhaar Number of an individual in India, which is indeed unique to any individual, or in other words the Social Security Number (SSN) of an individual in the US, similarly I suggest and propose to have an UOI - UNIQUE ONLINE IDENTIFICATION of any individual irrespective of age, who has an online presence over the global internet.

 Through this UOI, one can and must integrate all the public email addresses one holds against ones name. This should be mandated across the globe in all nations wherever internet can be accessed.
A global enforcement body should be formed to monitor the implementation of this UOI mandate across the various countries around the globe.
